Read This Article if You Drink Coffee

Humans tend to like their morning drink of coffee, as it gives them zip to face the challenges of the day ahead. Many feel it improves their productivity and it is impossible scientifically to prove otherwise. One study done by a major corporation in New York discovered that coffee or caffeine increased their productivity by up to 35%, any corporation would enjoy such a increase in work being done. Playing varies types of music only increased productivity by 22% in another study by the same corporation.

This pick-me-up zippiness that coffee brings to the human central nervous system and brain has been well documented indeed. In fact human beings tend to like this chemical running through them and it is also known to be quite addictive. In fact Caffeine is said to be as addictive as nicotine in cigarettes.

Caffeine has a three-day hold on your body. You will have headaches if you stop and you will feel tired compared to your normal coffee self. So if you are a big coffee drinker and stopped for three days you would be over the addiction and head aches in about 3-days, but you would feel somewhat tired at times, lethargic and not as motivated as you are now with Coffee in you. If you go without coffee for a whole day you will see what I mean. But most of the caffeine will clear your system and by three days most all but traces of it. Caffeine is a drug like any other and it affects the way we think, function and interact with others as the human bio-system is slightly altered by its presence. Think about this.
